NORSA Co-Founder Tom and NORSA Grand Ayatollah Steven were among the last 8 people to register for the Yorktown Sprint Triathlon, maintaining NORSA's presence at the race for the 2nd year in a row. Lodging for the race is being graciously provided by their mysterious friend, known only as "Latman."

thats exactly what i was thinking! i saw the photo and was like, "its me and tom"
I like how it appears that the guy on the right is in front of the guy on the left, even tho the guy on the left's head is twice as large.
30 min on the elliptical Sunday plus a quick bike ride, maybe 2 miles
45 min on the elliptical yesterday
8 miles biking today and 30 min on the elliptical right afterwards
Still haven't been in a pool once - thus keeping the tradition alive of training for everything but the swim before a triathlon - yay!
