This past Saturday, NORSA Triathlon Team members Steve and Adam traveled to Cary, North Carolina to participate in the final race of the Inside Out Sports 4 City Duathlon Series.
Featuring a 31.14 mile bike sandwiched between two 5 mile runs, the course proved to be long, but exceptional. The run was a two loop course with significant hills while the bike was a beautiful country ride through Chatham and Wake counties (and featuring two crossings of Lake Jordan).
The temperature was perfect, the sky was clear, the sun was bright, and despite a perpetual headwind on the bike course, all racers held strong paces throughout.

Steve needs to be a team-player and wear his damn NORSA tri-jersey.
... and he needs to start wearing some tighter shorts.
i'm terribly vexed:
we dont have a norsa duathlon team
and, i dont see adam wearing a norsa jersey at the shamrock marathon.
curious.
everybody at the race was confused by adam's jersey. i remember them whispering behind his back
