NORSA Tri-team warms up at the Cary Long Course Duathlon

This past Saturday, NORSA Triathlon Team members Steve and Adam traveled to Cary, North Carolina to participate in the final race of the Inside Out Sports 4 City Duathlon Series.

Featuring a 31.14 mile bike sandwiched between two 5 mile runs, the course proved to be long, but exceptional. The run was a two loop course with significant hills while the bike was a beautiful country ride through Chatham and Wake counties (and featuring two crossings of Lake Jordan).

The temperature was perfect, the sky was clear, the sun was bright, and despite a perpetual headwind on the bike course, all racers held strong paces throughout.

Steve needs to be a team-player and wear his damn NORSA tri-jersey.
